I feel I have perfected the art of a cheesecake smoothie. When I drank this smoothie, it tasted like rich, decadent liquid cheesecake. It was layered, with more chocolate than caramel, and just a hint of peanut butter under all that. The chocolate “crust” added some texture variety. I highly recommend this smoothie to chocolate cheesecake fans. It is much healthier than cheesecake, and obviously easier to make. Here is the recipe:
Chocolate Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake Smoothie Parfait
- 12 chocolate flavored Teddy Grahams (or you could try 1 chocolate Graham Cracker)
- 1 banana
- 1 Snack Pack brand caramel chocolate flavored pudding snack
- 2 wedges Laughing Cow brand spreadable cheese, creamy Swiss flavor
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter and Co. Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5-6 ice cubes
Wrap Teddy Grahams in a paper towel and place on a plate. Crush using a spoon or your hand. Sprinkle about half of the crushed Teddy Grahams on the bottom of a glass as shown; this is your “crust.”
Blend all other ingredients in blender for about 2 minutes. Pour over the “crust” in the glass. Finally, sprinkle the remaining Teddy Grahams crumbs on top of the smoothie.
For maximum enjoyment, refrigerate for a few minutes before sipping down this sophisticated-tasting treat!
