White Chocolate Wonderland Smoothie

Taking one sip of this smoothie sent me to a different world. A world where white chocolate snow covered the ground, and unicorns slid down rainbows to play with laughing children. No, the smoothie does not contain any intoxicants or controlled substances. Just delicious, elegant white chocolate…

Do you want to enter this magical world of deliciousness? Then here is your passport: the recipe for the…

White Chocolate Wonderland Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Ricera vanilla brown rice yogurt (I found it at Whole Foods. It sounds weird, but it didn’t taste at all like rice. You could probably use a normal vanilla yogurt as well.)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter
  • a small handful of white chocolate chips (I used 13 chips)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

Blend in blender for a minute to a minute and a half, or until all ingredients are chopped up. Serve immediately.

This was actually the first of two white chocolate goodies I made today, the second being some super sweet and yummy white chocolate strawberry cheesecake cookies. I guess I’m in a white-chocolate mode nowadays. If only they had blue chocolate to match this week’s nail color…

  1. We saw the white choc. peanut butter at Whole Foods yesterday but were in too big a hurry and didn’t buy it.

  2. There is a powdered peanut butter that you mix with water to form the right consistency. You could put other things in to flavor it. HOWEVER, I think it tastes kind of wierd.

  3. No controlled substances, lol!
