Guava Pineapple Goodness

This smoothie has a perfect thickness and light, bubbly texture. As I was drinking it I felt like I was in a luxurious resort on a tropical island. It is healthy for breakfast because it contains fresh fruit and yogurt with a pretty high calcium content.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 guava yogurt (I actually used a cheapo yogurt called “Pantry Essentials”. I bought it because it was guava flavor and it looked interesting. I don’t know what other brands of yogurt have a guava flavor, but probably any brand would taste good.)
  • 1 tbsp plum jam
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Directions:

Blend until ice is crushed. Pour it in a cup, grab a straw, and take a sip of paradise!
