This smoothie has a perfect thickness and light, bubbly texture. As I was drinking it I felt like I was in a luxurious resort on a tropical island. It is healthy for breakfast because it contains fresh fruit and yogurt with a pretty high calcium content.
Guava Pineapple Goodness Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 guava yogurt (I actually used a cheapo yogurt called “Pantry Essentials”. I bought it because it was guava flavor and it looked interesting. I don’t know what other brands of yogurt have a guava flavor, but probably any brand would taste good.)
- 1 tbsp plum jam
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4-6 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend until ice is crushed. Pour it in a cup, grab a straw, and take a sip of paradise!
