I went through numerous bags of store-bought granola before becoming brave enough to venture into the unknown by making some myself. And I must say, I’m glad I did – my original Basic Granola recipe was a tremendous success, and I realized I didn’t need to rely on big companies to produce plastic bags full of preservative-ridden cold cereal. I felt so empowered: I can make my own granola, exactly how I want it and how much I want – and you can too! Check out my fave granola recipes so far, and feel free to experiment with different flavorings and mix-ins!
