  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbs Truvia Baking Blend

  • 9 Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Kisses, unwrapped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spray foil with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, toss together the oats and salt.

In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey. Heat to low until mixture is relatively homogenous.

Remove from heat. Add to oat mixture. Add in Truvia Baking Blend. Mix well. Oats will be somewhat dry.

Bake for about 15 minutes, stopping halfway to stir.

After granola cools, chop up chocolate kisses and add them to mixture. Add in dried raspberries. Mix thoroughly.
